Capsicum Coconut Curry, No Onion No Garlic Capsicum Curry

We enjoyed this kurma with rice and papads, while kids had this kurma for their lunch with some chicken fry. We completed our lunch happily with this aromatic dish without any fuss. Honestly i have been experimenting some delicious gravies which was completely not my cup of tea without onions and garlic. And am very much happy about this no onion no garlic versions of gravies. I bet the kurma was delicious even without onion and garlic. The cashews and coconut must have given rich flavor to the kurma.

Cooking without onion and garlic is pretty easy but the taste is kind of acquired. Kurma looks so yum even without onion and garlic.

The kurma looks lovely Priya. I am sure it does not need any onions and garlic as it has flavorful ingredients like coconut and cashews.Your platter with rice, kurma and those papads looks wonderful and inviting.
