Vegan Banana Oats Bars with Chocolate Chips

I cant imagine my pantry without wholegrains, i will always have rolled oats, millets and brown rice in my pantry. If you are my follower, you may know very well that i love to bake and cook with oats very much. Oats, this incredible wholegrain is very much rich in fibre are already known to help remove cholesterol from the digestive system that would otherwise end up in the bloodstream.A steaming bowl of fresh cooked oatmeal is the perfect way to start off your day, especially if you are trying to prevent or are currently dealing with heart disease or diabetes. Oatmeal’s low glycemic index is beneficial when it comes to reducing the risk of diabetes. This helps the stomach empty its contents slowly, which affects blood sugar levels and has a positive effect on our insulin sensitivity. Obviously Oats have loads of nutritional benefits and dont forget to add them in your menu quite often.

Banana oats bars, Banana Chocolate Chips Oats Bars

One of my recent baked goodies with oats is this dangerously addictive banana oats bars with chocolate chips and loads of nuts. An incredible baked bars to enjoy without any fuss to kick start your day and they stay prefect at room temperature for three days when conserved properly in an airtightened box. However everyone at home enjoyed thoroughly and got just a bar to taste this healthy and chocolate chips loaded banana oats bars. Even my younger one asked me to make this bars often as he loved this chewy, healthy and fibre rich oats bars. The best part of this bars is they are sweetened naturally with the sweetness of banana and dates. Am running third week of blogging marathon with Kid's delight - Cooking with wholegrains as theme, this bars are prefect choice for this week's theme also these bars goes for this month's  Home Baker's Challenge, a monthly baking event hosted this month by Rafeeda of The Big Sweet Tooth.Sending to Srivalli's Kid's delight - Cooking with Wholegrains hosted by Kalyani.
