Microwave Coconut-Pineapple Laddoos

Are you searching something for a quick and delicious sweets, you have to give a trial to this cute looking beauties, i prepared this easy breezy laddoos with dessicated coconut, finely chopped pineapple chunks along with sweet condensed milk and this laddoos gets ready with less minutes approximately 10minutes and this cute looking laddoos tastes yummy and suits prefectly for any sort of festivals..We loved this quick laddoos..


Coconut-pineapple Laddoo

2cups Dessicated coconut
1cup Sweetened condensed milk
1tsp Cardamom powder
1/4cup Pineapple (fresh & chopped finely)
1tsp Ghee
Few almond flakes

Heat the ghee and finely chopped pineapple chunks in a microwave safe bowl in high for 2minutes, add the dessicated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, cardamom powder to the pineapple chunks and cook in high for 5-7minutes, let this mixture get slightly cooled..

Take a small portion and roll them as laddoos, decorate with almond flakes and conserve them in an air tightened box, enjoy!
