Eggless Choco-Coco Whole Wheat Brownies

Yesterday i had a visit from my old school mate who is also living with her family in France, we had a great evening with my long date friend, who i met after 5 years eventhough we both were living not more than 50kms..we both want to met each other since a long, but it happens yesterday only since we are in summer vacations..To enjoy all this precious day and wonderful moments with my close friend i prepared some healthy and eggless brownies with whole wheat instead of all purpose flour, i do prepare brownies without eggs but this time i want to give a another flavour which is quite new and something special to change the usual brownies, yeah!! i have added half a cup thick coconut milk to my brownies and finished with buttermilk, i really took a big risk to try out this combination..i was so confident and very much sure of my new combination of this brownies..Needless to say that i wasnt wrong, they tastes toooo good with delicious flavour and this brownies vanished within few minutes, we really enjoyed each and every bite of this chocolate and coconut brownies.

200gms Chocolate pieces (dark black chocolate)
1/2cup Sugar
150gms Butter
3/4cup Whole wheat pastry flour
1/2cup Coconut Milk
1/2cup Buttermilk
1/2tsp Baking powder
1/2tsp Baking soda
Few walnuts & almond flakes
2tbsp Dessicated coconut flakes
1tbsp Confectioner's sugar

Heat together chocolate pieces and butter together in a microwave safe bowl for 5minutes in medium..take off the bowl and give stir..now add the baking powder, sugar, baking soda and beat well the sugar gets well dissolved..add coconut milk and butter milk to the chocolate mixture, give a stir..Preheat the oven to 350C and finally add the whole wheat pastry flour, walnuts and almond flakes, whisk slowly, dont overmix..Pour the chocolate and coconut batter to a greased loaf pan and arrange in the middle rack..Bake for 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean..

Springle the dessicated coconut flakes and confectioners sugar over the brownies...Serve!!!
